30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your FitPoint product. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received (unused or gently used)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at returns@fitpoint.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Drop it off at your nearest shipping location

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or variant, please initiate a return and place a new order. We'll expedite the shipping on your new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fitpoint.com. Include photos of the damage and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

Warranty Claims

All FitPoint products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims beyond the 30-day return window should be directed to warranty@fitpoint.com.
